Allied Attorneys Chemical AB will merge with Noréns Patentbyrå AB. Because of the effects of the London Agreement regarding translations of granted European Patents we have found that the business of Allied Attorneys Chemical AB will be more efficient in cooperation with another IP law firm. Therefore, it has been decided that Allied Attorneys Chemical AB will merge with Noréns Patentbyrå AB on January 1, 2009. Noréns Patentbyrå has been one of the owners of Allied Attorneys Chemical AB since the founding of the company. When merging takes place one Patent Attorney, namely Ms Marie Karlström, will move from Allied Attorneys Chemical AB to Noréns Patentbyrå AB.
